Trekkings
Trekking in Nepal is one of the best ways to see the rugged, diverse landscape and experience the indigen- ous people’s way of life. There is no better way to get a real taste of the Himalayas and experience Nepal’s unbeatable combination of natural beauty and cultural riches by foot.

All of our guides and trekking staff are professionally trained, are experienced in mountaineering, and have training in first aid.
Each trek provides full meals and lodging as well as whatever equipment is required (i.e. sleeping bags, mattresses, tents, etc.). The facilities depend on the geographical area and budget the group has requested.

All personal items are your responsibility. We provide a list of things we have and a list of things you should bring upon submittal of reservation per trek.

The best times to trek are in the spring, February-May, and in the fall, September-November. However, we can arrange treks for any time, weather and safety permitting. Also, during the summer months one can trek in the north Himalayas, Mustang, Upper Manang, and Dolpo as those areas are not affected by the monsoon.

5 Day Trek Shivapuri

1		Arrive KTM		APT meeting and TR to HT.  Check in, Brief Itinerary
2		KTM		All day free, optional city tour of Kathmandu and Patan.
3		KTM /B/DK/CH		Early morning drive to Budhanilkantha then trek to Shivapuri.  Camp at Chisapani in a tent.
4		CH/SJ/KTM		After B/R trek down to Sundarijal and drive back to Kathmandu.  Check in HT.  Free time for shopping and exploration.
5		KTM Departure		Morning free until departure.

6 Day Trek Dhampus

2		KTM/ PKR		Half day sightseeing in Kathmandu. After lunch TR to Domestic APT and fly to Pokhara.  Check in HT.  Free.
3		PKR/ DHPS		After breakfast drive to Phedi and trek to Dhampus.
4		DHPS/ PKR		After breakfast trek down to Phedi and TR to Pokhara.  Check in HT and free time.
5		PKR/ KTM		P/U PAX and TR to Domestic APT, fly to Kahtmandu.  Check in HT.  Free time.
6		Depart   KTM		P/U at HT and TR to airport. Explain immigrations in APT.  Say goodbye.  See you again.

7 Day Trek Astemkot

3		KTM/ A’SKT		After breakfast transfer to Domestic APT Fly to Pokhara.  Lunch in Pokara then transfer to Milanchok, trek to Astamkot make camp.
4		A’SKT/ DHPS		After breakfast trek to Dhampus.
5		DHPS/ PKR		After breakfast trek down to Phedi and drive to Pokhara.  Check in HT.  Free time.
6		PKR		All day sightseeing and shopping in Pokara.
7		PKR/ KTM Departure		Morning flight to Kathmandu.  Check in HT until Departure.  Goodbye.  See you again.

7 Day Trek Ghandruk

5		G’DRK/ DHPS		Trek down to Dhampus.
6		DHPS/ PKR		Trek down to Phedi and drive to Pokhara.  Check in HT.  Free time
7		PKR/ KTM Deparure		Morning flight to Kathmandu.  Check in HT till Departure.

10 Day Trek Ghorepani

2		KTM		Day free or optional city tour of Kathmandu and Patan.
3		KTM/ PKR		Fly to Pokhara.  Check in HT then free time for sightseeing and shopping.
4		PKR/ T’DHUN		After breakfast drive to Birethanthi Trek to Tirkhedhunga. (1577m.)
5		T’DHUN/ G’PAN		Trek to Ghorepani and have lunch on the way
6		G’PAN/ T’PAN		Rise early and climb Poonhill to see the sunrise.  Return to HT, eat breakfast then trek to Tadapani.
7		T/PAN to G’DRK		Trek to Ghandruk.
8		G’DRK TO DHPS		Trek to Dhampus through Landruk.
9		DHPS to PD to PKR		Trek down to Phedi and drive to Pokhara.  Check in HT.  Free time for sightseeing and shopping.
10		PKR to KTM		Return flight to Kathmandu.  Check in HT until departure tonight or Tomorrow morning depending on destination.
