The Nepal Kingdom is a great destination for those seeking an astonishing diversity of sightseeing attractions and adventurous opportunities all within a relatively small area. It includes eight of the highest peaks on earth, including the famed Mt. Everest. Western Nepal also sports the deepest gorge in the world called Kali Gandaki in which an adventurous being might raft down.

There are also lush jungles in the plains area where safari treks on elephants' backs are widely popular. Further, The birthplace of the Buddha lies here in Lumbini, and one of the most sacred Hindu shrines, Pashupatinath can be found in the heart of Kathmandu. There are few places on earth offering such a variety from the highest snow capped peaks, to the low plains, into the jungles and on spiritual quests to holy pilgrimage spots, all these and more can be found here in Nepal. Due to the long religious history, many shrines, temples, large monuments and buildings have been erected so UNESCO has recognized Nepal as a World Heritage Sight.
